Terrie L. Heslop was born in Memphis, Tenn. on December the 8th, 1957. Her parents, David W. Frith and Shirley Sink were married on April the 23, 1956 which just so happens to be the birthday of Roger L. Reeves II, her husband.
Terrie's family relocated to Texas while she was very young and ended up settleing down in Friendswood, Texas. She attended Clear Creek High School and Graduated in 1976.
Terrie met Roger in High School, they were High School Sweetharts. They married on August the 18th, 1975 and had four children, two girls and two boys who are all grown and married now.
Terrie's interest in art goes back to childhood, her father was a painter, photographer, and writer, and Terrie inherited some of the same interest. When a child, her father left a painting unattended that he was working in and Terrie took it upon herself to paint in the flowers as she saw fit. Well, her father wasn't too happy about that, but he did get to see her love for art at such a young age.
With her husbands interest in photography, they grew from instamatic camera's to Canon SLR film cameras to their present day Nikon DSLR cameras. The freedom they have now without film has enabled them to experiment with a wide range of subjects and projects and a great past time for husband and wife to share a common love for nature and landscape photography.
