Roger L. Reeves II was born on April the 23rd, 1956 in Houston, Texas which is the exact same day the parents of his wife Terrie L. Heslop got married. His earliest memories are of when his grandfather, Lewis F. Crews Sr. got the first color television in the neighborhood.
Although he did not know his father, Roger L. Reeves Sr. who was divorced from his mother, Virginia R. Crews, he inherited the artistic desires of his father. Roger began writing when he was eight, began taking photos when he was nine, loved to paint and draw and always seemed to see things a little different than others around him. Roger's family traveled a lot, he attended 16 different schools in his 12 years of education, living in Texas, California, Utah, Missouri, New Jersey, and Lousiana.
He married Terrie L. Heslop on August the 18th, 1975, they were High School Sweetharts, he graduated from Clear Creek High School in 1975 as well. They had four children, who are all grown with their own families now living all around the United States.
Roger became a Lab Tech in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged 1985, he worked in varying fields always coming back to the medical lab. Roger retired from the Veteran's Administration in 2013 due to RA and now spends his time writing, publishing, and taking photos.
